My name is Shanna Hall, I'm a certified personal trainer and health coach. I've had my share of healthy weight struggles and physical set backs. After years of personal research on healthy eating and fitness, applying and sharing my successes and failures with friends and family, I decided to follow my passion to the next level by becoming a certified personal trainer.
Understanding that overall wellness is not just limited to fitness, I decided to go to yet another level by becoming a certifed health coach. Through the health coaching program, I learned and applied innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories; from Ayurveda, gluten-free, and Paleo, to raw, vegan, and macrobiotics, and everything in between.
I founded Healthy, Fit & Sexy Wellness Solutions, rooted in the belief that it's not so much about how you look on the outside, but more about how you feel on the inside. I understand that getting healthy and STAYING there can be a challenge. I am not only committed to helping clients reach their health & fitness goals, but am also passionate about providing the tools, resources and support beyond the finish line.
